Auora Champion Apartment - reach level 100 at Aurora

The Casino: VIP Suite - earn 100,000 chips

The Casino: Penthouse - earn 1,000,000 chips

If you have save data for Batman Arkham Asylum on your hard drive, you'll unlock the Batcave Outpost

It's also possible to visit several personal spaces through open houses:

Palace of the Seven Winds

LOOT Space Apartment

LOOT Studio Stage

Men in Black Headquarters

The Midnight Glade

also if you have a friend on the EU server and they have the Virtual Tennis game personal space...you can play the game there and if your lucky and get a high enough score you can win the space as a reward...but getting the points needed for the personal space reward is super hard
