Re: First PSHome Picture

Had to dig these up... but here are some of my first photos:

My first avatar (and while the clothes changed, it's still my main avatar)

I was so impressed by the facial tools I made a few impersonations:

I made this Anderson Cooper avatar to report on my experience in Home during Closed Beta:

I also was curious just how drastic one could make the facial characteristics, and while doing so I made this Frankenstein avatar (which I also still have saved):

It took only a few days for people to start glitching.

It took me only a few weeks before I started region hoping during the closed beta (mostly because there wasn't a whole lot to do in each region, especially NA back then):

I made a Sean Connery avatar for my EU account AMDB5_64 (reference to James Bond's 1964 Aston Martin DB5)

For my HK & JP account:

I think this is the first photo I took with the PS Home camera, but not sure:

LOL, D! I love it. You've changed so much since then. You are like the Don of Awesomeness now but you were so geeky-cute back then. I don't know which you I like more.

Or you can like them both equally. I still let my inner geek out to play once in a while. :smileywink:

Ah, brings back memories. :smileyhappy:

Unfortunately, I don't have many of my *first* Home pics, but these are some of my older ones dating back to around 2009-2010.

Uncharted 2 space

3

Some random newbies sitting on a bench. At the time I thought it was a cute pic. :smileyhappy:

I found a pic from EA Sports Complex when it was down to a heads-up match and my opponent thought he had me beat with the nut flush... but I had the real nuts (straight flush) which I had flopped and was stringing him along. :smileyhappy:

I miss that space - met some really interesting folks there (although the chat log in the pic is also a reminder that there were also a lot of trolls looking for a fight).

Re: First PSHome Picture

I have thousands of pictures but this was the very first one I took after we received our camera item in Home.  I lost all of the old cell phone style pics prior to the Home camera :smileysad:  Those are also the first items I ever purchased.  Starting with the glowsticks, then the shoes, followed by the hoodie.  I managed to last a pretty long time without buying stuff but I eventually broke down and it was all downhill from there.
