WHAT IS EXTRA LIFE?

Extra Life is an annual 24-hour video game marathon that raises money to help kids at Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. 

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Simply ask your friends and family to sponsor your efforts.  They can make a monthly pledge or a one-time gift.  Then, have a seat and play games on October 20th.

HOW DOES YOUR DONATIONS HELP?

All funds raised stay in your community to ensure that every dollar can be used to help local kids. Donations are be used by Children's Miracle Network hospitals to support research and training, purchase needed equipment and pay for uncompensated care, all in support of our mission to save and improve the lives of sick children.

EASY AS 1-2-3

2. Ask friends and family to sponsor you for $1 per hour
3. Play games for 24 hours on October 20th 2012

Last year. the Extra Life Community all-together raised more than $1,200,000.00 to save kids, 2012 should be a new goal

I had fun last year doing this event even though i  played 24 hours nonstop half asleep i still raised a few bucks and it was alot more than my goal.I'm ready to do it again but this time it won't be red dead redemption for 24 hours and my goal will go way higher than last year

same... i will start my gaming as i go.. I played diff games but I also fell asleep on my 22nd hour.. thou it was nice feel after it was all said and done

I will be changing games myself this time and no more red dead redemption this time at all.i played that game to much last time,i went through Mcfarlands ranch so many times bonnie ran me off.

I was involved last year, but I don't know how to raise money for it.  Do people have to pledge for me if I don't donate?  If so, I'll never get it done.

As you may know, I love video games. I’m even more passionate about helping my local Children’s Miracle Network Hospital raise money for kids.

On Oct. 20th 2012, I’m combining my two interests as I attempt to play video games for 24 hours straight. I’m participating in the annual 24-hour video game marathon Extra Life and I would really appreciate your sponsorship.
