Can anyone recommend some other great classic pirate movies? I've seen the modern Pirates of the Carribean movies already.
I don't know that this is great but it's probably the serial I saw as a youngster. It appears to be available some places on dvd. Search for Great Adventures Captain Kidd dvd
or else go to YouTube and type in their search Captain Kidd serial.

I grew up on Errol Flynn swashbucklers, and since you've already seen Captain Blood, the two I'd recommend would be The Sea Hawk and Against All Flags.
The Sea Hawk, along with Robin Hood, shows Flynn in his prime -- it also doesn't hurt that both films have a Korngold soundtrack. But the hidden gem might be Against All Flags. It was filmed only a few years before the man's death, and he's clearly well past his best years, but it's a surprisingly darn good pirate movie. It helps that Maureen O'Hara and Anthony Quinn brought their A-game to this film. Check it out:
