LucasArts hasnt made anything for Home in a VERY long time. I think they should just pull out, altogether. There are devs that churn out content WEEKLY...and there are those that hardly even show us theyre alive. Those devs...need to go.

I highly doubt Disney aquiring LucasArts is gonna change how they interact with Home. In fact, im willing to bet a year from now...there STILL wont be any new Home content from LucasArts. Put it out of its misery already, and be done with it. -_-

to thos ein the forum ignorant of the signifigance of starwars, its been a legacy sice my mother was a child. i grew up with star wars(and harry potter) and if disney ruins it, i hope to god didney gets boycotted.

Yeah, but Lucas was holding Star Wars back. Dropping a new movie every 10-15 years for each generation...was killing the franchise. Not moving forward with the story beyond episode 6 was killing the franchise. Not making a live action TV series (CG Clone Wars dont count) was killing the franchise. It was getting old and stale, and Lucas is to blame for that. At least Disney would more than likely continue with 3 more sequels, no more than 5 years apart...if even that. Spawning a whole new line of toys and other up-to-date merchandise.

This is the reason why I became a bigger fan of Star Trek, growing up. Because I saw MORE of Star Trek than I ever did of Star Wars! 11 movies with one more on the way, 5 hit spin off TV series and thats not even counting the games, books and animated series.

At least Roddenberry knew how to milk a cow. LOL

I think it's actually a good thing. Disney makes great movies and at their worst they're mediocore. Did you forget that Disney bought out Marvel in 2009 and made the Avengers? Did you like the Avengers?
