I haven't gone into theater one because like several others I'm still a little miffed that a loser like him replaced the totally awesome Shakira music video.
One of my friends was online and when I clicked the "go to" option it took me into the theater #1 and what did I find?
The EXACT same video that is playing in theater #1 is the SAME video that is playing beside the Listen@Home on the big screen.
Why replace an insanely popular space that the Shakira theater (what me and my friends started to call it before we were deprived of our favorite hangout) with a video that can already be found in the central plaza.
To me, it doesn't make sense to have the same video in two different places in Home. Especially having the video playing in the central plaza and then having "Criss Angel: Midfreak" advertisements plastered all over the theater.
Boy, in my opinion someone really dropped the ball with this one!
What is the point of having Criss Angel in the theater at all? The lame couch that goes with NONE of the other items that can be obtained free or bought in the mall?
The biggest thing about that stupid coffin couch is the fact that it is FREE.
BRING BACK SHAKIRA!!!

Chris Angel takeing an interest in Home is huge, it will hopefully lead to more non gameing advertisment in Home, thus sony makes money, thus we get more stuff!
While I would like to see more non-gaming advertisements I don't see why Criss Angel in Home is "huge..."
All his specials are on A&E which to my knowledge is included in all or most basic cable packages.
Besides, there is a very low percentage of PS3 users worldwide that actually use Home anyway.
And neither of these points address the point that I was trying to make in the first place;
There are TWO identical Mindfreak videos. One in the plaza for all to see and another in the theater.
Why go to the theater to see a video you've already seen?
I think for most people it's just to get a free couch...which as I've already stated is really lame anyway.
The coffin couch goes really well with the decor in my Log Cabin....uh, NOT!

The idea of celebrity is all relative. BTW, this doesn't have anywhere near as much to do with Chris Angel as it does A&E. They're the ones who are bringing the content, I doubt Chris has much say in this at all. Now, I think A&E is really the last network many would care to see in Home, but at least it's a start. How about some... oh I dunno... GAMING programming? This is, after all, a social gaming community. But still, if A&E leads the effort for more programming in Home regardless, I'll welcome them with open digital arms.

I'd rather watch card tricks from David Blaine than Criss Angels lame stunts.
I don't consider him a celeb nor do I consider him worthy of promoting Home OR being promoted within Home. Those of course, are just my personal feelings about him.
What's next? A Mythbuster video in the theater? Er...wait, that's Discovery.
A&E...let's see here....How about some Dog: The Bounty Hunter? LOL!

The Sopranos in Home would be EPIC.

It's an event.
Granted to make it more of an event they could have kept the video in one place. It's obvious that you don't care for Chris Angel or the free couch and that's cool. The events are not going to benefit everyone, but I feel people should appreciate that the developers of the app is having events like this period. Hey, I like Shakira too, but I didn't expect for the video to be there forever. If anything, I rather have them branch out with different videos so when this event is over. It would be cool to see something else.
