Are there going to be content control moniters. If so thats a good thing because we do have some people who will abuse the purpose of Home. They might pass the qualification process an be troublemakers in the community.

Well Home is going to be Moderated for the most part, and if children are monitored, like they are suppose to then they will be little to no problems in this department. Check here for more detailed discussion about the topic.
