Okay everyone this is the FINISHED guide as the other one was confusing and very hard to edit with no copypaste in mobile browsing.

•REWARDS

-Halloween Mug (Hand Item Male & Female) for entering the Adventure District *REWARD
-Halloween Mug (ornament) for entering the Adventure District. *REWARD
-Ectoplasm/ Gunpowder/ Pumpkin = Cat Claws (Male & Female Hand Items) *REWARD
-Gunpowder/ Hemlock/ Ectoplasm = Vampire Claws (Male & Female Hand Items) *REWARD
-Gunpowder/ Wolfsbane/ Pumpkin= Vampire Teeth *REWARD
-Gunpowder/ Hemlock/ Pumpkin = Devil Claws (Male & Female Hand Items) *REWARD
-Any combination using the 'skull' ingredient gives you a 'Sugar Skull' (Male & Female in 'Acessories')*REWARD
-Wolfsbane/ Hemlock / Gunpowder = Werewolf Tail (Male & Female Hand Item)*REWARD
-Gunpowder/ Ectoplasm/ Wolfsbane = Devil Horns (Male & Female Accessories Item)*REWARD
-Mix any combination with "Wing Of Bat" (last ingredient, found by playing Devil Dance) = Bat Swarm (Male & Female Hand Item)*REWARD
-"Tiki Seat" for mixing 5 different curses & mixing devil, cat & vampire nails*REWARD
-Mix all other ingredients (curses and reward mixtures) for "Tiki Head Statue" (ornament item, larger than the stool) [method of unlock not 100% verified yet]*REWARD


•CURSES (Temporary effects for Halloween Adventure District, NOT rewards)

-Ectoplasm/ Gunpowder/ Eye Of Newt = Swamp Gas (curse, not a permanent reward)
-Ectoplasm/ Pumpkin/ Eye Of Newt = Bat Swarm (curse, not a permanent reward)
-Pumpkin/ Eye Of Newt/ Gunpowder = Hot Head 1 (curse, not a permanent reward)
-Ectoplasm/ Hemlock/ Wolfsbane = Hot Head 2 (curse, not a permanent reward)
-Ectoplasm/ Eye Of Newt/ Hemlock = Spirit Curse [green colored] 1 (curse, not a permanent reward)
-Gunpowder/ Hemlock/ Eye Of Newt = Spirit Curse [green colored] 2 (curse, not a permanent reward)
-Gunpowder/ Eye Of Newt/ Wolfsbane - Spirit Curse 3 [orange colored] (curse, not a permanent reward)
-Pumpkin/ Eye Of Newt/ Hemlock = Fly Swarm (curse, not a permanent reward)

Pumpkin – Play Devil Dance
Bat Wing – Play Devil Dance

Thank You Hopper yes my inspiration for making it was to help as I knew early on it would get confusing. Hope it did that for some. But yes this was definately a group effort! Congratulations everyone!

One question I still have - "Mix all other ingredients" Do we have to mix ALL ingredients (rewards and curses) to obtain the Tiki ornament?

My date is still 11/2/12, so Bat Wing has not spawned yet for me.

I already have the Tiki Stall, and mixed the 3 curses after.

As I understand it, yes Moff, but some seem to have said that they didn't create every curse yet still obtained the tiki statue. Mine popped up this morning after I obtained the 2 new rewards (Devil Horns, and Bat Swarm).

there is a temp spell missing from the list. Gunpowder/Eye of Newt/Wolfsbane it makes the Spirit curse.
