I have it. It's a really small dark place and I believe you get a zombie costume if you visit the space.

Does anything scary or spooky ever happen in there? That space, along with a few others, I'd had to pass because I hate being scared. I REALLY wanted to get the Cutteridge Estate along with the really nice looking furniture that goes along with it. However, the description said something about it taking your soul or something similar. That left me feeling really uneasy. =/

When the space first came out, I had one visitor who said that the space "freaked me out" and because of that he wouldn't by it. He may have been very sensitive because he also mentioned that the Batcave Outpost also scared him. I think he was more afraid of very dark spaces.

There's a loud banging noise in the door assuming the zombies are trying to get inside, other than that there's nothing scary that would make you jump out of your seat. (lol)
