They'll announce when some slots are open, and you'll know when that is because it'll be a big topic in the forums.

I don't have the exact quote, but it was said that they aren't opening up the application anytime soon for they already have loads of applications to go through already.

Guess some of you haven't noticed the recent list, that there are new names there.

No new HCVs have been added and the application is down. More info on this later.

LOL...no new HCV's have been added but I've noticed quite a few are missing in action, and a couple have been removed from duty recently.

I heard they discoverd that if one of them falls the rest gain the power and they've been battling it out in Home Highlander style ever since.

Some were un-active for awhile and some left on their own.
