One things for sure: if everyone stopped spending on Home tomorrow, we'd kill it off in a self-fulfilling prophecy. If we want Home to persist for the long term, we need to keep buying stuff and supporting it.
And keeping a positive attitude about Home on the forums is important for giving others the confidence to support it!
As in all things there are some items and events that are a waste of time and money, It depends on the individual, after 5 years I have learned not to make impulse buys, try to get on Home and see all the LMO's and clothing in person, that way you are not clogging up your inventory with things you will hardly wear or use.
Only thing that is certain bout PSH....is that nothings 4 sure!!
This statement applied to aspects in life.
I have bought so many things in my life that only had a certain lifespan and I don't regret it at all that I've spent all that money.
I suggest: Enjoy Home as if there is no tomorrow.
Personally I doubt that Home will shut down any time soon. And if it does, it will progress into something new and even better. That's just how it is.
If I get a few hours of fun with a $2-$5 purchase. I consider it good spending.
As for Home longevity. I am too looking at the next gen PS4 (or next Christmas). That's probably about when the guy upstairs will really start looking closer at the numbers. We're probably safe for another two years. But who knows. Not even those who will eventually take the decision know for sure right now.
