Alot of us community individuals were and still is, excited for: Playstation Home • Home Tycoon. I was looking through my wardrobe, & discovered a Home Tycoon hard hat.. Is this a free reward, to alert us that Home Tycoon is arriving or is this from cooling out @ The North American / international E3 celebration?

No that was givin away at the E3 event but it is supposed to give some kind of boost when the game comes out

You recieved that reward from the E3 event. Once you gained access to the upstairs portion, you clicked on the Home Tycoon promo sign and got the hat.
