In home will you be able to watch movies?? (Not trailers but movies)? And umm How many people can you chat (speak...talk with the mic) at once???/ Do you have to be near the person to talk to them?? or do you like go into a scene where your talk to he/she???

For movies, I believe that it can be anything from your Playstation 3's HDD

I'm not sure about chatting, but you probably have to be in the area, or adressing the person

Hmmm, good question.  I would think you can talk to anyone that's in the same area as you (Central Lounge, apartment, arcade, etc.)

And I'm pretty sure you can watch movies if either they are: 1, on your hard drive or 2, in the theatres... but I'm not too sure.

in your apartment you can - only those invited in can see them
but only media on the HDD not blu-ray movies which will exit you from the PS Home app

So if you have a DVD / Blu-ray in your PS3 at the time, you and your friends can watch the entire thing at the theater area?

I'm pretty sure, but I'm not entirely positive.

no... only media on the HDD  can be shared with your friends and only in your Home

The theater area is for PPV (Movies, Conferences, etc) and game and movie trailers.

If you scroll down to the bottom of this page, it says this:

"Our last stop was a convincing recreation of a local cinema known appropriately as "The Home Theatre." It's pretty straightforward, though pretty flexible too. Here you can watch DVD or Blu-ray movies you already own, view movies off your hard drive or memory stick, or simply stream content from the PlayStation Store and view it in a room with others while you do so.
