;^) I second-guess that Sony has moderators on Home around the clock, though with more on duty during busier times and fewer on dutyduring slower times.  I further second-guess that Sony isn't going to share their moderator schedule with us....

Moderators are around Home 24/7, just you cannot see them all of the time. If you feel the need to contact them about another user on Home (Spamming you, cursing, fighting, etc) please press and "Submit a Report". You may notice your screen will pause for a second, it's actually taking a screen shot for the moderators and also the chat log will be sent in too.

They will review the report as soon as they can. Until then, click (X) on the abuser and 'ignore' them hide their text - or block to stop any incoming XMB messages from them. Good luck!

Mods are almost in every room and usually in groups.   They are regular users just like you and me with the exception that they work for Sony.  They are pretty much just telemarketers.  The only things they can really do are modify mini games, observe and report.   When a moderator does file a report, it has to be reviewed by another mod a few days down the road for verification purposes.  From the way things go in home, you wouldn't think mods are around at all though would you........

One last thing.... STOP THE ADMIN / MODERATOR ABUSE.....MODS,  just because you don't like something that occurs doesn't mean you are right or correct, it just means you don't like it.  So stop acting like the 5 year olds that you watch over everyday.

As others have said, there are moderators in Home throughout the day. If another user is acting up and there isn't a mod in the particular instance that you're in, you can press the Select button on your PS3 controller to Submit a Report. The Moderation team will look into it once they receive your report.
