All the people who are constantly being booted or kicked off within 20 to 30 minutes of game play are becoming increasingly frustrated.
In my particular case this is making me not want to log on to play any games because what is the point if I am only going to be kicked off all the time? Why bother to try?
Some people probably have also done this... check the router, restart the PS3, maybe uninstalled PShome and reinstalled it, restarted the router, restarted the cable modum, etc etc,....and still we get booted. So... What's going on?
I first thought that it was only my router, but then I replaced that, and now I'm about to replace my cable modem in the house to try to see if maybe there's a connection issue on my side that could be creating internet drop out somewhere. I dont know. But I am taking ALL steps to make sure that this is not an error on my behalf, so I can definitely know that the problem is not on my end.
I've received F13, D4512, C-931, X8002A548 (which has booted me off PSN all together) error codes.
I am not sure if others tried, but I tried calling Playstation Network and all they tell me is to refer to the forums, and they said that I would get a professional answer. I'm still wondering who has an answer, a professional answer, to help me solve this issue.
I cannot play a game because in the middle of it, I get kicked off. I know I'm about to get kicked off as soon as it tells me "Chat Channels have been closed" or something like that, and then I have a moment to say goodbye to whomever I'm talking to before I am booted off Playstation Home.
This is becoming common knowledge with my fellow friends on Playstation Home, and I am sure others out there who are experiencing this same issue know what I am talking about. They all know how rediculous it is that you are unable to stay online for more than 30 minutes or more than an hour without being kicked off.
Now - What is currently being done to fix this problem?
I am sure there are others like me who have spent money on Playstation home to help aid in game play, as well as outfits for avatar's and Playstation Network I bet does not want to hear from millions of people say "What a waste of money," and begin to lose business. If this keeps up, people will stop spending money and may also stop playing on Playstation Home because of being tired of getting booted all the time.

I know this sounds like a broken record, but have you tried clearing your Home cache? It really helped me when I was having problems. Once you log into Home, get to a personal space as fast as you can and clear your cache in the Navigator options. It will take a LONG time, the first time. It took me almost an hour! After that things have been pretty smooth though! I'm going to start doing it every week.

Oh yeah. I tried that several times. I think that this evening was the longest I ever was able to be on. 45 minutes. I got half way just about through the movie Groundhog day when I was watching it from my Space Home with my friend on PShome. It was terrible how that big F13 just kicked me offline right when it started to get real good. I saw the movie before but my friend did not and it was cool to have a commentary back and forth to one another during the movie. Clearing the Cache did not help.
My modum is officially replaced, and STILL it is crapping out.
New Modum. New Router, New cable Wires. What else? ![]()

I know the feeling, I've been dealing with this for years. Seems it happens more often using wireless but even using wired, I still get the errors. Heres something that works most of the time and might help you out, when you see that chat log channels have disconnected message, go into your wardrobe and into the clothing section and sit there for a couple of minutes. It seems to keep me connected 90% of the time when I see that chat disconnect message.

Usually the case of frequent disconnects is a poor wireless signal. Wireless is finicky and the slightest thing can cause interference. It's best to use wired. I can stay on home for 5+ hours at a time and not have a single disconnect.

I know that PS Network is having problems with their servers. I guess with all the information flickering about in cyberspace, you may get some errors once in a while. However - as often as people like me have gotten them (even while right in the middle of a game) I find it rediculous. It doesn't just seem like a small problem, it seems like a big problem!!!!! If other huge games such as World of Warcraft or any other online game such as Call of Duty could stay afloat, then how the heck could playstaiton home not work properly? Granted yes, people do not pay monthly for it but MANY of us are playing games, seeing advertisements, and also purchasing products ALL the time! So there definitely is money being made from us right there enough to get some decent support system going to keep Playstation Home afloat and not sinking into the depths of the F13's sea!
How come there are no professionals in this forum? No offense to anyone here. But when I had called Playstation Network, I was told that I'd be receving technical support in regards to this problem. Still No Help on their end. When does the help or answers begin?
