Hello I just started using PlayStation Home Sunday December 16th. Since then I have purchased three appartments, but sadly one by accident. I purchased the Sanatori Yacht when I really wanted to purchase the Summer House *a popular house. I must of accidentaly deleted the Summer House instead of the Yacht. I am curious if it is possible to have them switched? I do know I cannot get my money back but am curious if its possible to get the lot I meant to purchase.

If support can't do it, then we certainly can't. Almost none of us even work for Sony, and I doubt that those that do have administrative authority in the Playstation Store. The policy is that there are no refunds on Home items. Certainly not for accidental purchases. You can't swap one item for another just because you don't want the first one. You'll just have to check your basket more carefully before confirming the purchase in the future.

If we read the blurb (under the desciption) before purchasing, or the Terms of Service, all sales are final. The reason is simple; Some people will buy something, use it up, and then ask for a refund. That's unfair to us and the creators of Home.
Now if we buy a space based on incorrect information, we have a chance of having a refund or exchange.
Lesson learned: Take our time to read the description of an item, clothing or space. Then if we decide to make a purchase, let's do so carefully.
