I was doing the fire patrol quest in Home Tycoon, then the roads started to disappear...   then utilities, town hall, commercial, and the finally the HQ....     I exhausted my funds putting back the most important stuff first, but when I went to place the HQ back, I didn't have the gold coins.   I am now completely flustered with Home Tycoon.   No ingame support and really no support lines at all online, either in Home or here in the Web.  I am very leary of purchasing gold coins for Home tycoon after I see that it all can go *poof* in an instant.

Ya I've got a problem with it also. I never got the $1500 reward for building the town hall so its telling me I need to buy coins in order to build my first house!?! No people = no revenue =RAGE QUIT! FAIL!

Well went back into the game, buildings and stuff are restored. But, there's no quest journal. I think that's important, isn't it? Still needs to be fixed.

There may be an issue with some server confusion here. Good to hear everything's back to normal now, but the mission journal should be there. We're looking into this.

I just added $50 into my account earlier this afternoon to buy coins to purchase a vehicle to drive in my town. I purchased 750 coins for $24.99. The car cost me 55 coins. I drove it, then got off Home to play BlackOps for awhile then I got back on Home to build my city some more and when I tried to make another purchase with my coins I had $0 Nothing left in my town currency. Will I get those coins back or can I be reimbursed the $24.99 I spent? That's all I want to know. And will this happen again if I decide to buy more coins in the future.

just now i was hanging out with friends at my city went to collect revenue and the game kicked me out i was still in the city but i wasnt in the game did this twice couldnt even wave to get back in  i am clearing the cache now  it seems to have worked so far but having trouble downloading it takes so long to

I know this is the first week etc. But I had to get the $$$ 50.00 pk to fix all the problems from my first attempt at the city. $$$$!! Gees!

My problem is this.. I DID NOT GET TO FINISH THE FIRE DEPT MISSIONS.

IT JUST WON'T LET ME.

OTHER PROBLEM IS I NEVER GOT THE HOSPITAL AND ALIENS MISSION SO I HAVE

NO HOSPITAL,

NO 911 SERVICE

NO FIRETRUCK

 NO   EMS  VAN???!!!

I find this totally ludicrous. I'd gone through half of the$$ 50.00 pk already and built most of the city but I can't trigger the FRIGGIN  FIRETRUCK MISSION  THAT I AM TOLD I NEED TO FINISH AND IT KEEPS TELLING ME TO DO SO  ON THE SCREEN!!

I DO want to finish all that but somehow things got screwed up..It's essential for subsequent cities so IF THERE'S AN EASY WAY PLEASE TELL ME!! BEFORE I FREAK OUT AT HELLFIRE GAMES..

I have this nice city with NO HOSPITAL. It would have been an almost satisfactory game to play if I got a chance to COMPLETE the INTRO missions so I could have 911 services and a frigging hospital, since I have  2 cities.

I need the hospital ETC FOR THE 2ND CITY AS WELL,But they are NOT there!! What gives???

What began as a fun game is becoming really frustrating!!

Please tell me how to get these missions done, because I'm NOT finished and   I already ended up paying for the whole package. !!!!

This brings me to another scam that was pulled on me. I was supposed to pay 104 tokens for the Police station package if I bought the coins but after I did that the offer went away-meaning I ENDED UP PAYING FULL PRICE for the Police package. THAT WAS A VERY ANNOYING SCAM!!

THE DISCOUNTS THAT MADE PEOPLE PURCHASE COINS THEN DISAPPEARED!

SO THERE YOU HAVE IT.

HOW on Earth do I finish the Firehall missions when I can't get to them!! I was halfway into the intro part of the first city then things blew up in my face when I got a so called offer which never materialized. The hospital and fire dept services never appeared the way they did for my friends.

OH DO SOMETHING ALREADY!!. I AM A PAYING CUSTOMER..(suckered as usual) UNLESS YOU WISH TO REFUND ALL MY MONEY.!!

($50.00 CAN GET ME 2 GOOD GAMES THAT ACTUALLY WORK!

THEN I MIGHT START FROM SCRATCH AGAIN HOPING NOTHING GOES WRONG. (yeah right). this game did have potential for growth if all this crap had been minimized. I keep hearing all these other horror stories.. **bleep**

YOU KNOW, THIS WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN A BIG DEAL IF MONEY WAS NOT INVOLVED!!

IN FACT I PROBABLY WOULD NOT BE BOTHERING WITH THIS . I DO KNOW THAT MANY PEOPLE ARE HAVING PROBLEMS-MANY INVOLVING $$$$$!!

WHY DO I GET THE FEELING ALL MY PROBLEMS STARTED WHEN I WAS ASKED TO BUY 50.00$$$$ WORTH OF COINS??

IF THAT'S THE CASE REFUND MY 1600 COINS  and my time! maybe I should have just kept trying to do it FREE ,resisting the blatant commercialism!!!

sorry, im a german and my engl is very bad but i have a problem with tycoon. i want a message write in german i hope you understand it. please help me ......ich habe ein grosses Problem mit der Stadt. Mittwoch nachmittag bin ich rein habe gebaut und habe auch, weil es mir nicht gefiel einige Häuschen wieder gelöscht. Von Freunden hörte ich es gibt dann Geld zurück,doch ich hab keinen Cent zurück bekommen, DANN GINGS LOS !!!!!. Meine Anzeige für das Büro verschwand ab und zu , Meine Arbeiter waren weg und zu guter letzt konnte ich nichts mehr machen . Der grösste Hammer war, dass ich der Landeplatz für ACC'S aller Herrenländer wurde. Ich hatte in meiner Stadt nur das Rathhaus und ein paar Häuser noch stehen, aber alle die kamen und das im Sekundentakt, sahen eine riesig grosse Stadt. Ich dachte ich träume. Nach kurzem Moment des Erstaunens fragte ich einen Ankömmling woher er denn komme, er sagt vom US Server. und er hätte meine grosse Stadt in der Liste gesehn ,nu sei er hier.......hmm...mal eine ganz doofe Frage.....wie kann ich als deutscher ACC auf einem deutschen Server im US gesehen werden ????? und sogar die Japaner schlugen bei mir auf.... Hallo......da ist wohl gründlich was in die Hose gegangen oder ???????? Bitte hiermit um Hilfeeeee... Ich möchte meine Stadt zurück und vor allem möchte ich nicht mehr die Landebahn von EU sein ... ich kann nichts , rein gar nichts mehr machen in meiner Stadt, nur zusehen wie sie dort ein und ausreisen . Wenn ich hier falsch bin, bitte ich um Weiterleitung an die richtige Stelle, die mir vielleicht helfen kann.....Vielen Dank .... ich möchte gerne weiterbauen .......in Ruhe ..... I'm so upset with this game so I spent around 12 hrs collecting breifcases and workers and completeing missions then someone came into my city and changed my places I built around and now I'm broke again. At first when I deleted a place I bought it would give me my funds back now it won't. I can not find where to submit a error in this game anyplace or even how to reset and start over again!!!!! someone please help

I also think since hellfire games like to give people glitches and wants our money they should give us free gold coins for their errors or a car or something!!!!!
