 Hello yesterday I bought three arcade items from the games store in pshome

  Adventure, Frogger, Astroids

 Every time I played the Adventure or the frogger ones after some time while playing my system will freeze up making me have to force restart my console.

 Thing is its only the  adventure and frogger ones doing it ( havent tryed the astroids one yet ) as the other ones I have in my personal space do not make my console freeze up nor has any of the games I been playing lately been making it freeze up either, just when I played with the adventure and the frogger cabinets.

Well wondering if its just me seeing noone has replyed or anything, but its not my system I been playing and doing things for several hours now, its only when i try and play a game in home using the two cabinets, still havent tryed astroids yet.

Ok just tryed astroids game cabinet in pshome also and PS3 just froze up again, so thats also doing it too.

So far its only been the three cabinets I bought that are causeing my PS3 to freeze up while trying to play the games in home from the cabinets I set out in a personal space.

other cabinets I have are not making my PS3 freeze up just these new ones.

Id really like to beable to play these games in home but with it freezing my system up I can't.

Edit: It would be a bit more conforting to at least get told if this is a known issue or not, I mean I have no problems waiting for it to get fixed but I am losing my mind here wondering why those three things are just the only things freezing my ps3 up.

This is the first time I've heard of this issue even from QA. Have you tried clearing your cache yet? Go ahead and give that a try and see if it works. If its still freezing you up delete the Home client and re-install it (you will not lose anything) and let me know if that helps .

Already once tryed to clear the cache and it didnt work, but I just uninstalled and reinstalled the home game and went to play the adventure cabinet and had to play a bit as the freezing could happen pretty fast or might take a bit. Adventure still froze my system up even after the uninstall and reinstall of the home game.

 Edit, the weird thing is its only the adventure, astroids and frogger cabinet games doing this  other ones I been playing that I bought have been working just fine, as well as going places in home been working just fine its only those three new cabnits i bought that keeps freezing the ps3 up.  Wanted to buy  more of the new game cabinets but with these three freezing up my system like this I have decied to not get any new ones  that just got added to the store till these work.

Yeah, I'm having the same problem with the arcade cabinets I just purchased as well. I bought Frogger, Asteroids and Centipede and my PS3 has already frozen three times on the first two games.

Edit: Now Centipede has frozen me too.

Ok so now I did some more trying and now its gotten me to a point to ask a question.

Ok so I placed the same arcade things listed the adventure, astroids and frogger things in my alvalon keep clubhouse and tryed playing them, did not crash or freeze up my ps3.

Went back to the personal space I been having the freezing from using these on, guess what froze up my ps3.

Went back to avalon keep clubhouse, played astroids for a bit like I did in the other personal space I keep freezing up from using these at, did not freeze up.

The personal space is the playstation home mansion garage space.

Now I also do not have all the placed items in avalon keep either like I do in the mansion garage.

So could the freezing from using these arcade games be something with the personal space its placed in, I find it weird I been playing them in my avalon keep clubhourse but freezing up using them in the playstation mansion garage space.

Froggers freezing me up too.  Ive only played the Asteroids and Centipede once on Home so far and they didnt freeze but Ill try them again, frogger is freezing me every time though.

Well in my clubhouse I can play the three fine the adventure, frogger and astroids games fine, but if I use these same cabinets in my mansion garage personal space I freeze up at some random period of time.

So I might try another personal space later and see if i get the problem again there too, cause I am wondering either maybe some personal spaces are messing with this stuff or it might be some items places in the space messing with it, not sure.

Just to make sure also thats its clear too that this isnt about starting the game using the cabinet, its playing the game that the freezing starts ( no one said anything about using it freezing just though about it and wanted to make sure I was clear on where the freezing is happening trying to help out the help and devs the best I can with giving as much info as possible. )

Its a possibility that if you're personal space is just on the brink of reaching its furniture limit and the arcade cabinets max them out that this could be causing an issue. Try it in an open/empty personal space and see what happens.
