I called Sony again to see why I didn't get my refund. I guess I misheard, and the "3-5 days" thing they mentioned was an email I was supposed to get with instructions on what to do fix it, or something. Didn't get said email.
So, what the guy told me to do was to go on Home and see if I can redownload the Yeck items I was missing. I tried that, but I couldn't do it as they still had their price tag on them. They didn't even have that little shopping bag icon over it to let you know you purchased an item. So he said if that didn't work, to contact someone in support because they're more "technical" than customer service is. So, here I am.

Little Monster companion
Dragon Year Mercenary Woman Full Body Suit
Dragon Year Toxic Doll Full Body suit
