I have completed all the objectives in the E3 booth and have got all the rewards without any problems except the Mayan Skull companion. I sent an e-mail to Sony and they responded by telling me to go to the forums and contact a moderator to get further assistance with finding this content. Can someone tell me how to get in contact with a moderator? I was also wondering if anybody else was experiencing this issue b/c one of my friends is as well. Thank you all for your time and any info you can provide would be appreciated.

Moderators generally do not handle technical/support issues. They are more like a police force. We have a Support Guru named Joystick_Warrior. He may have some questions for you in order to better understand the issue and provide you with an answer.
Regarding your issue:
1) Have you checked Storage for your missing item?
2) Have you tried clearing your Cache?
3) Have to deleted and reinstalled Home?
Once you've done one or all of these, please post your results here.

still no silver skull . i have cleared the cache , deleted home , checked the storage and even waited in the e3 space for over an hour .it says i recieved it on the list , but its not in my inventory.either i have two other accounts who still dnt have it either.

I have the exact same problem, but with another reward. I had completed my quest, and entered the blue light column. About 5 seconds after the black media downloading screen appeared, where the rewards are processed, my PS3 froze. Like you, I have tried it all. I fear the file corruption is fixed on the Sony servers, and without a way to restart the the quest, we are out of luck.
BTW, I just noticed you changed your avatar. I picked this on release. LOL, I guess it fits both our names pretty well.

I also tried deleting home and reinstalling but still nothing and I have checked storage before and after deleting and reinstalling.

Hummm, we have the same issue. But maybe it was generated in different ways.Certainly there must be others with this problem. All my other rewards went smoothly, even the Mercia outfit was flawlessly awarded and quick yesterday.
I fear without being able to repeat the quests were are S.O.L.

ya one of my friends is missing the reward as well. I got the Mercia outfit flawlessly as well so I don't get what caused the problem with just one of the many rewards. I also don't understand y the Sony support person told me to come here and talk to a moderator. but you are probably right about us being S.O.L.
