Firstly there's no need to "shout" at us, using lower-case letters means we hear you just as well!

lol ..no on shouting..so because it all capital u think some1 shouting..lol..how about i figure mayb u can see my post better..so should i take u making colors as u mad..i'm js sayin..no one from support r anyone really looking nto this issue..ppl r purchasing this item and not receiving it..support keep trashing my post and my message to joystick_warrior get removed..i was told nearly 3wks ago from SONY to contact him by message and to post n forum..but everytime i do either they r emoved like never exsisted..now all i'm sayinis we want our item we purchase other r scared since i'm gettin the run around..,and i spend thousands n2 home and psn let alone SONYperiod...$.99 is really not my issue my issue is where is my item i purchase as others i kno bought too feel the same way..u guys hav a problem that u not looking n2 r taking serious and that is my problem i'm having over this
