Kicked several times.

Hello. I have been getting kicked off of Home, several times in a row, ever since the update to 1.7. I have done everything on my end to fix the problem, and am still having it. The Network Issues are all different names. D450, iC something. F13. It is rather tiring, seeing as it has been happening constantly for around... Three weeks. I appreciate the help. Thanks to anyone that can try. :smileyhappy:

We are all  having that problem. You're not alone. I get quite a few disconnects everyday.

No ALL of us arent, this has been happening in isolated pockets. I was told this today several times on the phone with customer support.

It hadnt happened to me in over a month prior til tonite.

If the issue continues consider repointing your DNS IP

Yes, I am aware that they do. I get it, maybe, 15 times a night. And another 15 when I'm on during the day. It is very frustrating. Most of the time, I cant even get to the first menu. :l

Check the support forum. This is happening to lots of people. I know many of my friends are having issues. You might want to report it in support as well.

I just got a D5027 when changing spaces as I was typing this. And this was in Japan Home.

How would I go about doing this?

Re: Kicked several times.

Make sure you write down your Primary and then secondary IP address before doing this.

I had this issue and Sony's customer support offered little help other than the standard "delete your cache" response, which didnt work or help.

Re: Kicked several times.

This is very frustrating . And all i get from Sony is " there's nothing wrong with the network " I told the last guy i talked to to pull his head out of his butt and stop saying it isn't a Sony problem . At least i know i'm not the only 1 having these problems .

It seems to have stopped after 10:15 pm.... and started at 9? Anybody tell me what the problem might be?

Re: Kicked several times.

Well depending on your time zones server congestion can be the leading cause.

Also your individual internet providers may experience spikes (server side).

Sometimes its the Sony servers as well, so to be honest bro theres no real fix all cure all or way to pinpoint a single cause
