Home upload help

12 replies 162 views Edited Feb 15, 2013

Someone please help, I logged in to home from my BF's PS3 and accidentally uploaded the few files I had on his PS3.

Is there a way for home to reset my account so I can upload the files on my Ps3? I lost all of my decorated apartments :smileysad: Please help.

I doubt they would reset your account for you.  They were pretty clear that you should log-in from the PS3 which you wanted your stored data transferred from.  I lost my dolphies and their 547 wins, 100% Sony's fault, and I seriously doubt they give a crap nor will do anything to fix it.  I even have a flashdrive with current back-up.  Useless now.  Thanks Sony.

Good luck.  :smileyindifferent:  DG

It's horrible how she isn't even getting a response from the support people.

Very unfortunate :smileysad: I don't think they work on the weekends and its a 3 day weekend so you probably wont get any response until Tuesday.

Its been acting up and asking people to do the transfer process again,so you might be able to get lucky and do it from the correct ps3, just keep trying.
