CASINO HELP WITH LOST CHIPS

i was playing poker started with 6 players, i froze with 2 players left , that was a pretty big swing on chips losing 500 n was def gunna win either 600 plus or 1600 plus,  duz any1 no hoo i can contact to reclaim my chips ? gt the error code d4512, ,  ty

Esco:

If you lose chips due to a fault on Digital Leisure's part (for example, chips disappearing without reason (that happened to me) or getting kicked off a table but not being disconnected from Home or PSN, you could contact Digital Leisure at support@digitalleisure.com. They can and have corrected problems like that real quick! They have COMPLETE logs of casino activity.

HOWEVER -- from what you posted, it sounds like you got disconnected completely from HOME or PSN. Since connectivity to Home and PSN are Sony issues and not Digital Leisure, I don't think DL will give you a refund (since the d/c is Sony's fault, not theirs).

I have been disconnected from Home in the past during games through no fault of DL and have been refunded my buy-ins.

I just explained what happened and about what time it was.

I even said that I knew it was not their fault.

They are very good about it and I am quite happy with the way they do things

My apologies for what was a "pessimistic" reply; my intention was to be objective. But based on the experience of Boomer -- and Boomer's reputation in Home -- I'm not at all surprised that DL did that!
