I just bought the Adult Orange Tiger Companion, and it's name plate isnt on top of it, it goes threw the middle of it's body, I tried to put it away and bring it back out sevral times, but everytime same thing, its name goes threw its side, instead of abouve it.

That's weird. Hopefully JW will see it and pass it along.

In the meantime you can go into your settings and turn labels for portable items off if you like. I personally prefer it turned off.

This is an odd issue. Bolavon by any chance are you using HDMI or standard AV for your connection? I'm wondering if its a resolution difference that is causing this.
