I can't stand families on HOME and its the biggest waste of time.  I will never do a family at all.  All they care about is the stat and how big their family is getting.  They don't care about you, you are just a number to them.  Lately, families have been showing up and its a lot of rage going between other families.  This is rather, very annoying and I can report all day but when stuff like this is happening, why won't a MOD or someone from management show up??  I've never seen it this bad before, and its just insult, after insult and I just stand/observe and report.  Something should be done to even prevent this from happening.  When E3 came out, at one of the servers in the THEATER, it was so bad, I must of reported over 100 people, they couldn't shut up and weren't really their to enjoy the EVENT.  I know there are some good families out there but it certainly makes home look bad and can't really enjoy it, cause this crap happens.

Most of the time you'll see a Mod/Admin typing in the chat log at the GF2 space to some families.

Not all of them are bad... If you need to, just submit a report.

Moderators can't be everywhere every single second >.<

Yep it is quite sad and every other word is either filled with stars or an abbreviated 4 letter word to avoid the censoring. It would be different if they had something to actually gripe about but they don't.

Please do not mass report people or you will risk getting into trouble yourself. Spread it out to once every 30 to 60 minutes (to show continuity and to include newcomers to the scene). But if it's that bad, why stay there?

As for a Moderator showing up immediately upon report submittal, that is pretty much an impossibility as there are probably hundreds of reports generated every hour. If they do show up right away, most likely it's by chance.
