[UltraPSX]

I have a few small suggestions that would make wardrobe and decorating a much nicer experience for me; feel free to comment any of these would be useful to you as well

1. Make item names (or at least an option for them) to be available in wardrobe and furniture inventory. Right now, you can only view item names for already-placed furniture (or with "Redecorate"). Wardrobe is currently completely void of item names. A quick way to see item description would be nice as well, but adding names should be the priority.

2. A simple, unintrusive count or progress bar in the furniture browser, so you can see at a glance how close you're getting to the item limit. With this you can easily gauge it as your space fills up, and be much less prone to hit the limit unexpectedly while decorating.

3. Have at least 3 layout slots for each space. This would make it possible to quickly change your space for different occasions, or save your best furniture layout while experimenting with new ones. The layout for each space is handled by a small file on your PS3, correct me if I'm wrong. If so, it should be quite easy to have several layout files for each space that we can swap between, similar to save slots used in other games.

I haven't found anything for wardrobe. I have noticed, however, if you go into house options (redecorate) you will find a new "organize" tab. You can see the name of any item that is in that personal space, choose it, and move it if you choose. Other than that, I don't know of any other way.

or place the item in your apt and then walk up to it to see the name.

If you go in your pda to the purchases/rewards tab you can scroll through all your items and see the names and descriptions. But I think each thing in wardrobe/furniture should be titled. Looks like there is room on the bottom of the tile but they forgot or its still on the to do list. And I doubt they will ever do something that makes so much sense. With all the gloves we have would be nice to know which is which.

This has been and will continue to be a major UI fail until they address it. It severely crimps my inclination to buy stuff, so they are losing money!

They have the info, so it's just a matter of making a connection and designing the screen... not exactly a hard task from a developers viewpoint.

Unfortunately, except for the partial workaround mentioned by firehawk2324 for placed furnishings, there currently isn't a way to see the names of items in the Furniture Browser or Wardrobe. Please be sure to voice your desire for the option over in the PlayStation®Home Suggestions sub-space. It's a feature that I, too, would like to have.

I just noticed that new update to the redecorate space. And it is showing the title of the object. Damn guys we really need to keep complaining about this and get that implemented to our wardrobe. This has been going on for too long. We need to know what the name of the item is while in wardrobe. It really cant be that hard. Lets keep this up till we get it. They already have a system set up. Lets hope that they just finish off in our wardobe.

Thanks pasufarin, I see the names are shown in "organize" - however I think many of us would like labels for unplaced furniture and the wardrobe as well. Or at least an option / toggle button. A quick way to view item details while in browser mode would help as well.

I noticed it's also the only way to easily count the number of items in your space (again, I'm surprised this isn't displayed; I'm forced to estimate and inconveniently hit the 50 limit). So add a furniture count to the feature request as well - perhaps an inconspicuous display in the browser such as "Items: 13/50 Active Items: 1/2". Would anyone else find this useful?

I would loveto see the names of my items in inventory. I'd also like to be able to filter items by space like penthouse items or waterfall terrace items. I got so much stuff it's hard to figure what was with what. especially with clothing since so many outfits have multiple pieces.

Great suggestion UltraPSX! I would also like to request that the size of the item be posted in the description. Some statues and items in ornaments are huge, but you can't tell from the picture in the store.

Request that the store team always add a description of the size of the item.
