I get that message all the time. I freeze a lot in Home for some reason and then I get that message and have to wait 10 minutes or more. Sometimes on a really bad night I freeze, get that message, have to wait 10 mins and then freeze again as soon as I enter the hub. It's very frustrating and I really wish Sony would fix this problem. Sometimes when I appear in the Hub the lag is so bad I know I'm going to freeze soon so I quit and go back to the ps3 browser. But when I go to load home again I still get that message.

The Hub is getting hit hard with freezes, it happened to me yesterday as soon as I got on after being dcd actually.

When you first load in the Hub, though most users don't like to wait a few minutes. You should allow some time for a few things to load.

Don't ever rush to your navi right away, or you might freeze.

If it's repairing right when you turn the PS3 on, then I wouldn't know, since I always skip that check.

If it's repairing when you start Home again, it could take up to 30 minutes.  I don't know if it's longer for me since I use the 12 gb cache, but it takes a while.

Yes, I did create that game on the Vita you probably never heard of.
