Just today at 1:57pm I received a message from someone on my list warning me to get of playstation home in 20 minutes because a friend of his is launching something onto the playstation home & that I should get off home soon or I might suffer something undesirable & I'm concerned about that.

...and if you share this with 10 of your friends Sony will send you a $20 PSN card.

If I got a PSN card for everyone of these types of messages I have gotten in my XMB in box I'd never have to spend a dime of my own money in the PSN stores.

I now have a two strikes and your out rule.   When someone sends me one of these kinds of messages I politely respond back that its not real, and please don't send me any more of these kinds of viral spam.  If they do, I remove them from my Friends List (sorry sis, but I warned you) Smiley Mad

I get these messages saying to do certain things or something bad is going to happen to you  all the time. I think they are usually just harmless messages that a few gullible people forward on. I've never heard of something happening to someone since i've been here.

Any one who ever forwarded me something like this is immediately off my friend's list.  Gullible and dumb people are not worth having as friends anymore than a dangerous person is. Ignorance of the law is no excuse for breaking it.  And also there is a difference between being innocent and naive and just flat out stupid or dumb.
