Sony won't listen to any of these pleas until the comunity does something real such as voting with their wallets. All Sony sees are people that continue to purchase items and use Home every day so from their perspective they DO know what their customers want.
Complaining on message boards while continuing to support Home will not work. Everyone or most people need to stop buying things, show Sony you mean business otherwise your complaint will fall on deaf ears and they already are.
