I'm not a moderator but there is no feature on the forum that allows you to avoid seeing other people's posts.

The closest thing is ignoring other users but that is only in regards to PMs. Any thread or anything posted in them is public to all, and nothing can be hidden.

If you ignore a user in Home you will no longer see any text or emotes including LMO's.  You can either walk up to a user and press X when you see their name prompt and select ignore or if their text is in chat window you can highlight their name and press X to get a drop down menu where Ignore is also an option as well.

There is no universal setting at the moment to hide all LMO's.

No you wouldn't see the chairs. Oddly enough you can universally hide companions or just their names but not locomotion items. Perhaps that feature will come eventually. It should be made an option as well for many of the reasons outlined in this thread.

What I'm saying is that there is a universal setting for companions you can set in your personal settings that can hide companions so you wouldn't have to ignore anyone. That does not apply to locomotion items like wheelchairs. To hide those you would have to ignore each and every user you see with a wheelchair. The ignore feature will hide them.

Putting a user on block will ignore that user permanently although your block list  (100 if I'm not mistaken) could fill up pretty quickly. I would also suggest that the wheelchairs are new at this point so you see quite a few of them. As new loco items come out you'll see them less and less because everyone will be using the newer items.
