I touched the cup!

When it was in Dallas in the late 90's!

...btw...someone should write a book on the stories that cup could tell.

One of the Pens Had the cup and it fell apart when he had it so while he was putting it back together He engraved his name Inside the cup on the Bowl part. He is the only player to have his name on the outside 2 times and Once inside lol. this happened after it was in Marios Pool in 91-92

"The Pittsburgh Penguins won the Cup in 1991 and 1992 and Penguins players added to the Cup's legend by taking it for a swim in Mario Lemieux's pool — and breaking it.

Because it broke, Phil Bourque ended up with his name on both the outside and inside of the Cup.

"I was trying to start a little tradition," said Bourque, now a broadcaster for the Penguins. "I just kind of etched my name on the inside and put the team I was with, the year I won it and put in quotations, 'Enjoy it.'"

And it was in the Pool AGAIN

i believe that has already happened. last time the wings won some of the opposing teams crybabies started saying how we dont deserve the cup because of how many times we have damaged the cup or threw up in it and one of the journalist showed (using a book) a ton of things that has happened to poor stanley. but as far as evedence i have non and i havent been in the mood to do the research.

Re: Vive La Resistance!!! ***May Contain Spoilers***

Last week My internet was out when Xi officially ended. So I pulled a drastic move. On Thursday I bought the PS3 carrying case and carried my PS3 to my buds place just to finish Xi . I got the final butterfly and got the final fragment. I walked through the Xi door, and what did I get ? 3 trophies and no closure. After all the codes the secrets and mystery what did we get?  Friendship, and  a adventure that we will talk about  for a wile to come. Though I have to say I'm very disappointed in the ending, I was kind of expecting that. In mystery storys Usually the journey is better than the ending but I can't doubt what Xi has done. I hope the final code brings some sort of closure to the story.

@ Chelada: It's not disrespectful, but keep in mind that the more you guys post here after knowing that we no longer do... The more needless posts you bring from me educating everyone that we moved our conversation. So if you know this thread is dead, please just let it go. I want to make sure that those that are away while the changes are taking place know where to go.
