First I would like to say that my Beta sign up went Flawlessly, so thank you for that... yet I have another issue that might effect game play...

Sadly my winning Chips were missing, and I am sure the guy playing with us lost his chips too when he went poof.

If you pressed Start to exit a game, you will lose your chips as you left a game before it had ended. That would be nobody's fault but your own, thus you wouldn't be entitled to a chip refund.
However, if there was an issue with the game which prevented you from playing and you pressed Start to get out of a game that wasn't functioning correctly, send an email to email@example.com for assistance. They've been very good in returning lost chips due to disconnections and game errors.
Include all details as to why you pressed Start to leave the game. As well as your PSN ID, date, time and time zone. This would make it easier to track the issue, if there is one.
Hey Patchex, the link you posted isn't working figured I would give ya a heads up on that. Also you can email DL here... firstname.lastname@example.org , while I personally haven't had any glitches worth needing to email them about, but other users have said they are really good at replying quickly & returning any lost chips due too game errors.
Yesterday I saw a glitch in the game, lol when it started showing the hands after the "river" was dealt, it was showing multiple players w/ full houses, but when looking at the actual card values no one even had a pair showing haha,.. since it wasn't on the final hand of the game & no one had gone all in, I didn't feel it was a big enough loss too email them over. Tho if a glitch ever directly effected the outcome of a game, I would expect them to atleast refund whatever the table buy was. As stated above tho, I hear they're always good about helping ppl w/ problems, shoot them an email or pm them & I'm sure you'll hear something before the days out. It's in the my purchases section under personal, rather than redecorate or wardrobe. I can see it I just can't access it. Wedi 71 was having same prob.
This sounds like a problem with Home, we don't have any control over getting purchases into your inventory. Try resetting your cache and /or resetting your PS3.

Yea the list is growing pretty fast lol. I heard there were 1800 invites sent out, tho I'm sure some of the players who don't use Home daily may miss the window to redeem their bracelets. Still that's alot of competition haha, also got to thinking I wonder how many "alt accts" got invites as well. Either way I'm sure my funds will be gone fairly quick lol, if I make it passed a couple hours I'll count it as a success ;^)
