Thank you Granzella for bringing the Kikai event to North America, and thank you for the celestial flight event!

There was a countdown at Dazzling Neon Downtown...

...then the UFO transformed!

The stone slab at Southern Island was glowing and is where you would access the 'Secret Base'...

Below is the control layout for the 'Honeycomb Hacker' weapon, pressing up would show the controls for any weapon.

The game had a storyline with quests and incredible effects n detail for a 'Home game'. Here I am pictured wearing one of the game rewards, the Kikai bikini.

You could become a robot within the game at one point (this could also be skipped by refusing the contract at the jail doors), a robot suit is also one of the rewards for those who reach the maximum score (9,999.999).

Kikai_20130806_escaperear.jpg

I hated this part this first time in Japan that I played this, it is full of explosions and with one wrong move you will fall with the ufo bridge into space.

If playing it for the very first time, reading the storyline would reveal that the robots were 'once' human, suggesting that they had human brains in a robot body. 'Kikai' basically means android.

The Kikai Emperor was incredibly arrogant, just like the minister (of which I will have to look for pic, if I have some of that)

I'm thanking Granzella in a post, and will continue to do so in this thread in the future.

It is late, but I am doing it anyway.

If you have a problem with that, then don't read it.

Thank you for your understanding.

The game had 3 different weapons, the 'beam samurai', the 'honeycomb hacker' and the 'battle healer arm' (medic).

I played most of the game as a beam samurai, as did most people since this was the easiest n most effective weapon, but the honeycomb hacker weapon was very fun to play with, if a friend had not suggested to try it, I may not have since I was told it was 'slow' to use by another friend.

The effects in this 'Home' game were very impressive (for a Home game, when Home is already limited by the limited memory of the PS3).

The 'Honeycomb Hacker' weapon would turn the machines against themselves, including the homing missiles.

In the UFO front, there were some large bots before the ministers room, although they by themselves were too slow to be anything threatening.

The 'Battle Arm' was the weakest weapon, it was very slow to use and you never got very many points from using it. Although you could heal yourself and others with it, it was more of just a medic item (better in groups of friends) n not really meant to fight.

This game was full of explosions. This is the stairs in the Government district, the best place to 'grind'.

Granzella really pushed the limit with this game, which was notable by the incredibly long loading (waiting) times for fighting the minister n Kikai Emperor.

This was an impressive Home game, excluding the load times.

The 2nd half of the final boss fight against the Kikai Emperor was the most difficult in the entire game, especially if you were not on *boost* or had no bought weapons. However you could beat the Kikai Emperor easily with other players who used bought items or at least knew what they were doing. This pic below is from the first half, where he sits in the chair until you hit him enough and he gets up and then you had to kill him again. After that, the second half would start (after loading).

Kikai_20130728_2c.jpg

If you chose the 'Cosmic water scooter' then you would appear in an area that is actually *above* the room that you fought in, racing over 'cosmic waves' n dodging asteroids to finish in about under 1:45.00 for a chance to win. It was actually more difficult than fighting, ask anybody who has tried it.

PICT3397_2.JPG

PICT3399_2.JPG

PICT3398_2.JPG

The above 'Water craft' (Jet ski, sitting type) was what I used to win, if you used the standing type (the pic above the pic above here) of Jet ski then your maximum speed was low n it made it very difficult to win. The free Jet ski would be worthless. If anybody won this using that, please post a screenshot, I'm sure many, many players of this game would be impressed.

The reason for the above pic is two, one you can read what it says 'GOLD Granzella Inc', but that doesn't really say anything (other than it is very small writing). Look at the detail in the wood base of the trophy, where they made effort to make it look real, n the reflections on the gold parts of the trophy. Granzella worked hard on every part of this game. The only thing that bogged it down was the loading times.

n yes, I earned it, it isn't ISE. Nothing of mine is ISE.
