So say i wanted to buy a house next to my friend....I would have to offer the curren person enoguh points so he will take the bargain?

Also, say theres only 10 beachfront homes are something.... when more people join home will more houses become available

I could be completely wrong on this...but the way I understand it you can't really get a house by your friend's house, I don't think it works that way.  It's like there is a "common room" and if you want to go to a friend's house you get an invite from them.  I don't think you can just walk down the street and and see houses lining the street.

Yeah I don't think these Houses really "exist" in the sense that you can live "next to" someone...When you are "relocated" to a friend's or your own house, you are simply downloading data related to that house and then taken out of the lobby or wherever it was that you were at the time of the transfer.

There are no "lots" per se. There is only your house, and then houses you get invited to.

That would suck. If there are only a certain number of a certain house, as soon as they are all bought up the price is going to skyrocket. I don't think it'll work like that. Houses aren't going to be on a street or anything like that, just in their own space.
