Could have sworn I saw this mentioned somewhere but can't find anything.
How do you get the Samurai Guardian for the Edo mission?

Look at the date of the original post. The Doll set was released this week on the 13th.

My review quickly:
- great physical item set (the sword and bow it comes with alone are worth purchase tho imo), the helmet looks great and it comes with a golden backdrop and a base that you can sit on as well.
- in game he is not very effective and will not kill anyone on his own only doing a small fraction of the damage I cause.
But, his effects do look nice in game and its cool to have some company with you on solo missions.
I noticed it says level 1 but I am unsure what that entails or how to level up.
Im very happy either way as I love the items as a display set, currently in my Edo apartment looking very snazzy ^_^

Smoking, he levels up^^ I have mine at level 06 now. He gains aggression, threat radius and attack strength as he levels. He levels after every 5 wins.

At level 6 he can kill a blue on his own in 7 hits. Still not very effective but amusing Smiley Tongue

One thing to watch out for; at level 5+ he'll IMMEDIATELY aggro the nearest blue at the start of the fight so be ready to fight Smiley Tongue

Seems like a lot of money for an in game companion. Once the game is done you won't have access to it.

I'd imagine thats overall one or two less hits I'd need to land on a Red, and those take me 10 hits on my own with the fire club, 9 if one is a jump attack.

Its offset by me oneshotting blues with a jump attack though. Smiley Tongue

A very (very) basic LBP level... by me. http://lbp.me/v/pj9eqq
