Romance Tester Game Info

For those that don't yet know, the Romance Tester is a game currently available in Pier Park as part of this year's Valentine's Day event.  It's a fun simple game of questions with only four possible answers each, that you will get a "score" or rating based on your answers.

Each time you play you'll be asked five random questions, from what appears to be only a pool of eight possible questions (haven't played it much so might be more).  Here are the eight I've seen:

  1. If you had a date, where would you take them?
  2. Which would you consider the most romantic setting?
  3. Which aroma is the most romantic?
  4. What's your ideal night in?
  5. What's the most romantic way to be awakened in the morning?
  6. Would you ever be unfaithful to your partner?
  7. If you were to propose to someone where would you do it?
  8. What gift would you buy for a 1 year anniversary?

Some of the choices are quite funny, and getting a top score of "True Love" isn't as easy as one might expect based on only five questions and only four possible choice for each... But some of the highest value answers are not so obvious as others.

But it's also not so easy to get the worst srore either:

As for rewards, the only reward is the Valentine's Day 2013 - Candlestick [Ornament].  To get it you must score above "Maybe", and there is no bonus reward for getting the top score of "True Love".

If this never comes out as a winnable item you can get a love tester at the Hot Zone, but it cost tons of points.  I have never seen it in action though, and I assume it is a standard 22 active slots.

I agree. it would make for a fun personal space item, especially if it was like some of the other active item games where your answers and final score are displayed for others to see. As it is, in the public space only the person playing sees their answers, even their final score.

Compare that to the Hot & Bothered active item game from Mass Media from their Hot Zone, which you can watch others play it and watch their progress.

I have it, and I don't recall the exact amount, but it's less than 10 slots.

Testing your love out more than 3 times a day can be pretty exhausting you know
