Well I'm glad to say good morning!!

Sandy hit land about 30 miles north of where I live.

Only lost electric for a minute.

Ahh good, does that mean you have a generator? ROLOL. Still LOL. Sorry that shot was too tempting to pass up.

My heart goes out to all those injured in the storm, but I was kind of hoping Sandy would take the cast of Jersey Shore out.

All that happened here in Canada where I live was leaves blowing around. Power didn't go out... Didn't rain, but something was strange... It was windy but felt warm.

I think honestly my citys power resides in the US mostly. Therefore, they go out, we're soon after in rolling waves...

That's why they sell generators.

Obviously, I've just started reading this thread, but if I could negative-kudo this, I would. Smiley Tongue

That's okay, because we over here in the East feel the same way about your wild fires and mud slides. So yeah, good luck with that... Smiley Tongue

Same here. I don't want to loose power and miss out on the Halloween stuff in Japan Home. Yep, I'm one or two states away from you.

I'm over in Ohio, and even we are without electricity from the high winds! Smiley Sad

And the North East honestly doesn't care about California and your earthquakes. Smiley Happy

Awww, I forgot about the earthquakes. Guess it shows how unimportant it is to us... Smiley Wink

We had a small earthquake last week 4.9, Felt while working.  Hurricane Sandy was a bad **bleep** storm!  What else can New England handle this year!   Time for some Nor' Easters. Amazingly enough our town did not lose power (came close).
