Do you have any word if they are going to address these f13 errors in this week's update? this weekend and today have been the worst for going in home for me. I have to jump from several different publics spaces and then hope it will let me get into a personal space. It's so frustrating. because the minute i start decorating or changing wardrobe i'm booted, and got to start the process all over again, sigh...
i think we would have to pay sum1 to take our ps3, at least it comes with sum guarantees, guaranteed to pzz u off several times a day, guaranteed to freeze on a daily basis, guaranteed to get corrupted data, , guaranteed to get errors everysingle day for the lifetime of the ps3, n guaranteed to make a new enemy if u sell ur ps3 to sum1, actually ill buy it for 5bux, mite be able to pawn it for 10, cuz thts all its wrth rite about now
Okay, Glasswalls, J_W, Home Devs etc etc. Here is my take on the matter, and after a MONTH.. NOT ONE RESPONSE from any of you.. and any threads that are started about the DISCONNECTS are instantly LOCKED! So with that said..
Guess, what.. I haven't been on HOME in 2 days!! Do you know what that means.. YOU GOT ZERO DOLLARS FROM ME, and it will continue.. even when home is back up.. Oh.. and I'll be calling tomorrow to request a REFUND from the past month, since I can't use such products that I bought.
Just remember you did this to yourselves! Not one of you could pop in and say, anything on the matter and that just makes me want to puke.
It's really sad to see a company act like this, one of the biggest REASONS Sony fails. Yesterday, I tried for over 7 hours to log onto home.... the furthest I got was in the hub.. couldn't go anywhere without getting the F13. I will not waste my time any longer on it.
I'd suggest you actually respond to your customers or at least give them a heads up. Customer service is the #1 thing that makes people stick with a company, and on my book you guys are worse then World Of Warcraft tech support, and they were my #1 spot, so congratulations for moving up to the #1 spot on that!
Home was one of the reasons I bought my LAUNCH PS3, to bad after how many years it failed (referring to home) But then wait.. I had the FAT PS3.. and it got the YLOD, wow.. I'm taking it, Sony doesn't make reliable electronics.

refund be gr8 , i put 20 dollars on thought id treat myself past week n guess wat, all i get now 4 my money is f13 etc etc i wish i never put money on i need it,believe me it wont happen again n now risk of hackers , yes hackers i hearing they can hack ur account via home , each day i get more angry n upset, i put my ps3 on now to check mail , midway 3 hear now omg more maintanance in future
STILL NOTHING FROM SONY......... OMG!!!! Maybe someone should file a formal complaint with the BBB that we've all been taken for a slow ride to hell........
