Mercia got a bugfix update a couple weeks back, and I'm sure it'll get others. Sodium 2 got plenty of updates, as did Sodium 1 before it. Uproar most likely has a schedule of new content unlocks, so it'll appear as if it were updating very often. It's like how characters would unlock over time in fighting game arcade machines back in the day.
Home tycoon seems to be getting new content every week, but console updates can't actually happen that fast. Both games are almost certainly unlocking content over time, rather than updating.
