Yeah..i gotta turn restrictions on to use home...but turn them off to play modern warfare 2 online..kinda annoying

Not really. After you turn on the restrictions, than change the setting that it is on. I don't remember what it is set at by default, but it prevents you from doing some of the more mature games and activities. Reducing this setting will allow you to play your games & use @Home without having to make another adjustments.

The user for the Master account has to log in (to either the PS3, or the PlayStation web-site) and access the account settings. Select the desired Sub-account, and set the restrictions to 'on' or 'yes'.

Once that is done, go to the security setting > parental control on the PS3, and change the level. (I set mine on 9 without any problems, or you can choose 10, 11, or off)

Thats all there is to it..... just a few passwords, and your done....

Heres a fun question

So I managed to sign into Home using the posted steps for a sub account

But I cant leave the apartment and go anywhere including the mall or plaza

Instead it says "Your parental controls do not allow you to acces this area"

Any tips?

Master Code 0000?

I could only imagine kids unlocking restrictions when parents aren't home and we'll have even more immature people running around in Home XD

The Flying Grayson, Nightwing, Robin, They were about more than fight moves. They were about inspiration, comfort, trust, family. I gave that up to become a spy. a Spider man; A Tsuchigumo. I have changed.
But I'll Always be D. Grayson

Does this still work?

I put content restrictions ON in the master account and now HOME is telling me: Sorry! Your parental controls do not allow you to access this area...

Yup. So far so good. Then next step is to adjust the settings  in the xmb:  Security setting > Parental control

You should be all set after that.

I've looked everywhere for the Content restrictions and I can't find it, I've gone  account management>Sub account Management> It only shows Parental control and sub account password, I have also changed the PC to 11 and off and yet I can't play online or go into PS home, Help!
