Pinball would have to be an active item if we wanted it to look anything at all like the real thing.
I have American dollars for the developer who brings us pinball. Not worth what they used to be, but still better than some currencies I could name.
Totally agreed, Halday.
What I'd like to see is more open-ended gameplay, like Trigger Happy in a Box or Cabin Fever. There are some great arcade classics that could be adapted or ported to Home, like Moon Patrol, Scramble, Cobra, Space Invaders...games with a very basic premise that can ratchet up the difficulty as players progress. That's the sort of survival gameplay that kept quarters flowing into arcade machines back in the day.
TankTop 1.0 is probably the best example of that gameplay style that I've seen in a long time. While the graphics make that too big to put in a cabinet, the basic mechanics of the gameplay could fit. Most of those classic arcade games can fit on a floppy disk. I'm sure that's within the memory cap for non-active arcade games in Home.
I. WANT. GORF!!!! lol
Getting the TTT2 Arcade won't be easy! Yes it's just a Prop. U can't play anything on it. But it is an EXCLUSIVE RARE HOME item's to say the least!
Maybe when TTT2 gets released maybe it will have a Working version in that game. One can Hope!
But that Game isn't coming out anytime soon. AWW!
Now if NAMCO would just get Tekken X Street Fighter done so we could get that at least. That be better!
Space Ace has an active one you get from the game. There is a buyable non active one also.
I have them both.
Also, I don't have the game yet but I hear from digital leisure that Dragons Lair II has a HOME arcade reward too... ^_-
What? DRAGON's LAIR II has an ARCADE?
I want PIC's of this one. I asked this long ago when the game first came out and i was told it Didn't have any. If it does i like to see PICS of this ASAP!
Anyone who has this let us know?
