[JP] Granzella Japanese Tea Ceremony - Tours available

[ Edited ]

Hello fellow forum-goers.

Feel free to chime in if you have any more info regarding the Tea Ceremony in the

Granzella apt.

As you can see from the lovely youtube videos, the Tea House is a gorgeous tranquil

space with adjustable time cycles, lamps/candles that activate based on the time of

day and even unlockable buildings and a pathway that leads to yet another tea

house/shrine

.

As of yet I've not unlocked this area, but it is definitely meant to be eventually

unlocked as the gate blocking the path pops up a message in Japanese which I'm

assuming lets you know the conditions for opening the gate. Also you can spawn

items beyond the gate - but since I can't find the telepads in the Japan store,

teleporting there is not an option at the moment LOL.

The tea ceremony is activated at the sign next to the bench by the estate owner and

three of your friends join up by activating the sign and joining the session. It

Seems that only the apt owner can initiate the tea ceremony.

After getting three friends to join you have 3 selectable options which I believe

let's you select 2 different tracks of background music or no music at all.

Once you launch the game all participants are transported to the tea house and the

ceremony commences. Your friends will have various options to choose from during the ceremony to eat politely, informally or goofy such as throwing a dumpling in the air and catching it their mouth.

It seems that holding the ceremony does not by default grant you access to the

pathway by the brige/pond area

If anyone has any other info regarding gaining access to the path or would just

like to visit and participate in the tea ceremony, feel free to reply and I'll PM

you my Japanese account info.

Its great how US accounts can visit Japanese estates so long as the person is on your friends list. Smiley Happy

So I've asked a couple of my Japanese friends for yall , and the way to open the gate is you must buy one of the small tea kettles from the old lady in the Edo Lounge.  There are actually two for 3900 points each,  from what I've been told you need the top one out of the two. I was also told by my friends that all of the tea kettles from the old lady that vary in points unlock various things in the space. I CANNOT confirm this information is correct as i don't use JP Home but i got it from a good source. Good Luck  Man Happy

Ahh ha!  Im pretty sure I own those and I'm going to buy the space in a few so I'll post back with some results.  I visited logics teahouse last night and its a very nice space.  I really like the day/night cycle there and the fact that it adds different sounds depending on the time of day.  We we're able to do the tea ceremony with just the 2 of us and we found a rock by the backdoor that lets you further customize the space.  Hopefully I can get out back now Smiley Happy

EDIT:  Confirmed, the teapot opens the back gate.  Theres another rock that lets you customize the small house back there.  Not sure what any other teapots do yet.

I have some HP from Neon downtown, I imaginge these are not  spendable in the Edo sapce correct?

Guess I'm gonna have to grind Edo for a minute - if I manage to pull myself away from RE6  Smiley Tongue
