Re: Ideas & Tips For Your Own PlayStation®Home Machinima!

[ Edited ]

I wanted to share with you guys how different objects that produce light and colored light are effected by the TARDIS' white room lighting (imho it's the room's 'reflective' lighting).

Some may be able to use this to their advantage while filming. Plus, there's a fog machine in the background set to intense, red. The fog doesn't show, but it affected the color of the black Home couch- turning it red-ish from a distance.

Here are a couple more I made today. I was going for a camera on the ground shaking from different things (helicopter, footsteps, warfare, etc.)  One vid has music, the other doesn't.  I alternated between camera 1 and 2 rapidly to give the effect.  I also moved the left joystick a little for some extra flare.

deres a more eassy way 2 do dat affact!!!

Share it with us! Smiley Happy

If anyone else has an easier way to do this let me know. I think those two shots can inspire other ideas, too, though.

Keep making vids! Smiley Happy

People! Faster and more intense. This doesn't mean move your avi faster in this case. It means "cut" sooner. These long repetitive shots are boring.

The above comment is my opinion, unless I state a fact. You can disagree with my opinion, but facts are facts.

This one taught me alot bein my 2nd video. NEVER rush a video ,if the lighting looks good in the Loot camera it may not be once uploaded to youtube. I had to use youtube editor alot on this one and I have learned to take my time on videos now as this is nothing like what was in my head lol.

Well, sure I can do it in my editing program. I was just giving an example to people of what they can do if they don't have a way of editing the shake in. Smiley Happy
