How many customers did Sony lose after this flop?

24 replies 660 views Edited Feb 14, 2013

Can't help but wonder how many customers Sony lost after this mega flop called 1.75. Sony seems more and more intent on making sure they lose customers instead of getting new ones.

Lose what now? Really enjoying faster, well, everything. Couple DCs and my items are in a different order. Why are we leaving now?

I'm rather satisfied with update 1.75 to be honest, quite a lot has improved. Cat Happy

There are a few issues but they are already being consulted by moderation, and I'm sure will be fixed soon.

Same.

I see a few people with issues, but the majority of problems just seem to be disconnects and items in the wrong places.

Everything is working great for me. Some thing load slower, but most are loading much faster! (Including the Wardrobe and Stores)

A few issues? Are you working for Sony? I just spent over 5 minutes changing stuff back in 1 category, and when I tried next 1 it got stucked on saving data. The people who likes this update must be blind to all it's faults. Takes ages to load things in inventory, all things you have arranged there are gone and you have to do it all over again, people getting booted and so on and on.

Remove blindfolds people and realise that this update is a huge flop that made Sony lose a lot of customers. And I can't help to wonder if this 1.75 was tested before release, because the amount of problems that exists should have been noticed during testing.

You keep saying flop... All of my friends, and I have a full list, are absolutely AGLOW over the improvements.

You know what issues we all shared? A few DCs and rearranged inventories. Consider perhaps that your experience is in the minority and that we can all see just fine Smiley Tongue

Yeah, no issues here either. I actually kind of like my items rearranged, gives me a different pattern to look at when I sort through my wardrobe. I'm not really picky with anything though, so eh. Never got booted and things seem like they're loading faster than ever.

I just spent a lot of time re arranging all my furniture items, then I started redecorating, and after a while it got stuck on saving data and after watching the arrow for 15 minutes I gave up and logged off. So good for you people who likes it, but I stand by my opinion that this is nothing but a failure and that Sony just lose customers on this.
