Home is here to stay...

[ Edited ]
Apr 23, 2014

...with Sony investing such effort, n all the other hints. Regardless of hacks, freezes etc (which could be much worse, but even those doing such things don't want Home ruined because of them, plus the Home Team works hard on patches), Playstation Home is a strong virtual world battling all sorts of crap, but you know what? Home always gets back up and keeps on going! Try to knock it out, it's not going to stay down, the Home we love will be around and the naysayers can say nay to themselves from now on, the rest of us are not listening anymore!

This update is a turning point, n thank the Home Team for their work in: bringing Pottermore n Star Trek etc. to Playstation Home which brought in many new users, expanding x7 n Sony creating new spaces, creating the *Challenges*! The new developers coming in, along with the easy quick inspect option makes for something sustainable! Thank you to *everyone* who buys anything in Home, whether that be clothes, or game add-ons, spaces or furniture! Home is stronger now because of all of you n we are finally seeing the horizon!

Forevermore Playstation Home! ^.~

(Yes, it's still dark out, but there's a glimmer in the distance. If you can't see it by now, you must be blind lol)

This update is a turning point? lol You're being unrealistic. For trophy hunters, sure, but the general public will still consider it crap. Adding trophies and fixing the glitches is probably the last of what we'll see as far as a "major" change to Home. Fixing the problems was just a priority because that directly affected potential sales from people who got fed up with the freezing and other nonsense and abandoned it entirely.

She said nay sayers say nay to yourselves..didn't you read?  Gosh.  lol  I think Your_Empress is right, personally.  We have seen so much new stuff the past several months.  It is time we stop focusing on the negative.

It's an interesting thread that I've read today so far, Empress. We got to be happy that PlayStation Home has added Trophies in spite of the cynicism from certain naysayers.

I can't say that I am as optimistic about Homes future. From what I can gather two of the best developers are moving on (Granzella and O-two (Peakvox)). I think it's just a matter of time before te rest follow. Personally, I enjoy home minus all the exploits, glitches and broken games. But, even a virtual world isn't a perfect world. So, I'll enjoy it while it last. I guess.
