looks to me like acorn meadows park advertisment display and since you said it was a core space  judging by the nightime lighting of the picture im gonna say action district as it is the only core space with nighttime.

Is it a new Core Space, or just one that's been around forever? Because some spaces have been around since the Plaza, and I consider those core spaces too.
