If i went to the Game store in the mall and bought a Pool Table, can I use it in my Clubhouse or can I only use it in my personal spaces like the complex or apartment, etc?

All games can be used in personal spaces and clubhouses. But prizes for certain games may not be available to friends and club members.

The way you play the game is the way you live your life.

It can be installed in clubhouse. As well as any other games.

Some game cabinets might limit non-owner to only part of it. (Like scribble shooter)

Just to let you know the pool table you purchase. The mechanics  are not like the one in the bowling alley.Woman Happy

If you enjoy and are used to the Bowling Alley tables I don't think you'll care much for the personal space tables. They're really sort of a mess and I've met very few who enjoyed and still use them.

Also keep in mind that the pool tables are older active items and thus take 22 slots of decorating space

Yeah, something that eats up 22 slots might make it hard to add other items.
