From PlayStation Lifestyle to PlayStation Home?

15 replies 1 views Edited Jun 7, 2007
I've heard about PlayStation Lifestyle a while back. It would be like Xbox Live with "achievements", a list of game you have, your favorite games, pictures, and video blogs. I heard people that liked MySpace would like PlayStation Lifestyle. Then in a recent EGM magazine I got (even though we never subscribed), it said PlayStation Home would have features that appeal to people who do like MySpace.  Are the old features announced in PlayStation Lifestyle in PlayStation Home, or are the two separate and PlayStation Lifestyle hasn't been announced yet? I hope the features of PlayStation Lifestyle are in PlayStation Home. Can anybody answer this question? Please don't give me answers that don't make sense.

Thank you.

Playstation Lifestyle was just a thought up idea. It was never announced by Sony.

Did you not just see what he said?
deep, titanic, make the dance panic, one-a-penny, two-a-penny, vibe you can't manage

Well usually, thoughts turn into real things. Everything invented was first a thought... :[

By the way you're talking, it sounds like you have no idea what Home is about. Try reading up a little:

We don't know, we'll just have to see. If Playstation Lifestyle does come, it'll probably be announced at E3.

Or hopefully they will take their idea of Lifestyle and put it into Home to make it easier. But yeah we'll see.

Thanks.

Sony has said they don't want to replace the XMB with Home, but Lifestyle seems very similar to Home. Maybe they just had a name change.
