Don't buy Masquerade Ball apartment, buy French chateau instead

28 replies 963 views Edited Jul 10, 2013

Had a feeling that the Masquerade Ball apartment would be a failure, but bought it anyway just to see how it was. And I can't recommended that to anyone. The picture frame places are totally wrong and there is only 1 spawning. So if you want a place 17th century style, buy the French chateau instead. It has more spawnpoints, better hanging for pictures, and a very beautiful garden.

The outfits are not great either, I like the masks but the hair attached to them seems poorly made.  The goth outfits which I like are one pieces, you cannot change shoes and I dont like the shoes attached to the dresses.

So you're saying that it would work better as a clubhouse?

It might of been a bit more impressive if the  Masquerade Ballroom space was one of the rooms in the French Chateau Mansion.Woman Happy

honestly i must say, the space looks great for what its suppose to be. the outfits(im referring to the black ones) are gorgeous although i dislike one piece fits but they are still gorgeous. no comment on the hair and mask though. the furniture is cool although i wish there were more pieces and a black set to match the goth outfits. i picked up the bundle and overall i think its a decent purchase(especially for those that use both male and female avatars). satisfied

Glad others take the risk of buying the new stuff, so that people like me can determine if such a thing is worth buying or not. But then again, I don't prefer spending too much money on virtual items

No. It's a big room, nice looking, but just a room.
